How long is the storage period?

A

There is no specific period if it remains powder.
However, the herb will start oxidation and change the color from vivid to dull green after opening.
This oxidation happens because it does not use the chemicals like antioxidant and preservative at all.
After the opening, it will be recommended using as ahead of time as possible thought there is no problem in the quality.

Can the herb paste are made in advance?

A

Please finish using all paste in a day because the herb can't be preserved after making into a paste.
Please keep the paste in a refrigerator when using after the next day, and finish up as soon as possible.

How often should I use Herb Pack?

A

You'll see the effect of it if you perform monthly care for dogs having no skin troubles.
For dogs that get sticky or pesky odor easily in spite of using shampoo, we recommend that you would apply it weekly for a month.
Many users see changes after the third treatment.You should adjust frequency of use to skin condition after the month.

How long does the effect last?

A

Depending on the individual differences and living environment, the effect of Herb Pack will usually last for 2-4 weeks.
The effect will be lost earlier if you keep several pets together or the pet's body often gets dirty with a walk.
You don't have to worry about the pet's odor about 4 weeks if the pet generally stays indoor.
In case of a ferret that has strong body odor, the effect will keep for a week if having only one ferret. Having several ferrets make the deodorization effect lose faster.

Can I use Herb Pack for the pet having plant allergy?

A

Please do patch test before using for full body though many pets with plants allergy have no troubles using the Pack.
Please apply a small amount of the herb paste on the belly or inside the paw and wash off after 10 minutes.
If some reactions like itchiness and redness happen, please stop using the Pack.

Do I have to do patch test?

A

If your dog has rough skin, terrible itchiness or unpleasant odor, the skin is probably sensitive and reacts to a small stimulation.
Especially, patch test would be recommended when your dog has rough skin.

In what situations shouldn't I use the Pack?

A

Don't use it to dogs having wounds.
Powder of herb has peeling effect and irritates wound although components of herb are safe at all.
Therefore, please do not apply it to skin with wounds.

What should I do when my pet eat Herb Pack?

A

It consists of natural materials so it's no problem to eat a small amount of it.
However, you have to see an animal doctor as soon as possible if your pet eats a lot of the herb or gets some trouble like vomiting, diarrhea or constipation.

Which Pack do you recommend for dogs with scurf.

A

We recommend Moisture Health Herb Pack that gives moisture to skin for dogs with dried scurf.
Or Skin Health Herb Pack would be recommended for dogs with oily scurf.

Do I have to shampoo my dog before the treatment?

A

You can do it if you worry about your pet's sebum.
The paste sticks to sebum, so the paste would be washed off easily if you shampoo oily parts of body like around ear, arm pits, toes and back.

Is there any shampoo that I should avoid using?

A

We recommend that you should not use the Herb Pack and shampoo including mad together.
It's harmless for skin and hair, but using it means doing pack twice so it will make hair too soft to cut.

Does Herb Pack remove tear stain?

A

It can't remove tear stain but the regular treatment prevents it.

Does herb smell remain after the treatment?

A

Its scent remains a little.
It doesn't remain at all if you use a shampoo with aroma.
A few days later, the aroma goes away and then your pet sometimes smell like herb a little.

Doesn't herb color the hair?

A

You don't have to be worried about it if the paste is washed off completely with shampoo.
However, white hair gets light yellow if you leave your pet covered with the paste, use the thick paste or don't wash it off completely.
After the treatment you should rub your pet in the Herb Bath and then wash off the paste with shampoo.

Can I use Herb Pack with micro babble?

A

Yes, you can.
Fluffy coat and deodorizing effect would be more long-lasted if you apply the paste after using micro babble.

Why do I have to leave the paste after making it?

A

If you leave it for about 5 minutes, it would get so blended that you can apply it easily.
The paste can be blended while you brush your pet and get it wet by shower.

What will happen if I use too much or not enough warm water to make the paste?

A

If you use not enough warm water to make it, it would be thick but its effects aren't changed.
However, it isn't washed off easily and you have to use much more paste because it isn't well-spread.
If you use too much hot water to make it, it would be too loose.
You can't see the effect of Herb Pack because it means that its two effects, the hair coating effect and the peeling effect removing sebum, decrease.

Is it usable to animals except dogs?

A

It can be used for mammals such as cats and ferrets.
However, in the case of any pets taking extreme stress by getting wet such as rabbits and hamsters, please use it carefully.
Please do not use in the non-mammalian pets. Since the herb prevents dispersion and incubation, please do not close the herb especially to the insect.

You need to decide if you use it based on the hair condition.
We recommend the oil added Pack for long -hair-dogs like Chihuahua, Dachshund, Pomeranian and Papillon because it makes fur setting property.
Moreover, Beauty Oil will enhance the effect that prevent dogs from holding dirt caused by static, so that we recommend the oil added Pack for white-hair-dogs during winter at least.

When can I put Beauty Oil into Herb Pack?

Add Beauty Oil (10% amount of herb powder) into the shaker after putting hot water and herb powder in it in the paste making process.

How much Beauty Oil do I have to use?

A

About 10% amount of herb powder you use.
Example:1.8oz of herb powder -> 5cc of Beauty Oil
Add more Beauty Oil if your pet's hair and skin are really dried.
